PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

  • A+ or similar certifications preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated and independent worker
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with basic IT concepts

EXPERIENCE

  • Prior help desk or customer service experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide onsite and remote desktop support
  • Assist with local area network and file server administration
  • Support multiple clients on a regular basis
  • Assist in system adjustments and upgrades
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints
  • Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
